The Flight Attendantstar, 50, marked his 10th wedding anniversary with his “extraordinary” husband Patrick Leahy through atouching postshared on Instagram Friday.
“Ten years ago yesterday, I got married to this extraordinary man,” Knight wrote in his caption, sharing a photo of himself and Leahy. “Never dreamed this could happen in my lifetime.”
The actor continued, “We hold close to our hearts all those that never had- nor will have- this right."
In the photo, the pair leaned in towards each other and embraced while standing in a darkly lit room beside a window.

Back in 2020, the actor marked the tenth anniversary of the couple’s meeting as he posted cute selfies with Leahy taken during a stroll.
“Ten years ago, @bridgeteverett @zshaffer1 and @jasoneagan made meeting this magnificent human possible. My goal for the next ten? Keep trying to deserve him,” Knightsweetly wrote beside the photo.
In March 2016, Knight shed more light on married life offscreen as he spoke about finally being able to tie the knot legally with the love of his life.
“To be allowed to be wearing this [wedding band] and have it be legal, that’s incredible,” Knight toldHuffPost. “I’m very thankful for that. There are a lot of people who suffered greatly in order for me to have my story.”
