While the pet toys are designed with enough personality to become collectibles for human Squishmallow fans, the products are made with pets in mind. Each toy has reinforced seams, a durable mesh liner, a crinkle layer, and a squeaker inside to make the creations irresistible to pets and sturdy enough for energetic play sessions.

The debut Chew Mees line is preparing to roll out wide soon. The new pet toys will be available at PetSmart stores starting March 1. They will cost $4.99 for a single toy and $9.99 for a two-pack. Chew Mees are also currently available atWalmartandTargetstores.
Chew Mees is not the first time the Squishmallows universe has experimented with size and form. In 2024, the brand partnered with McDonald’s and released a limited-time run of Squishmallow Happy Meal toys, including Grimace in tiny Squishmallow form.
