Paul WesleyandInes de Ramonhave finalized their divorce.
In Wesley’s latest filing from Feb. 23, 2024, the divorce was listed as “uncontested,” with a note that both “parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court.”
Wesley, 40, waived any future spousal or partner support payments, and de Ramon, 32, asked to restore her former name as a result of the marriage’s end.

Wesley and de Ramon weremarriedin 2019. The couple, who did not have any children together, andannounced their decision to splitin September 2022. “The decision to separate is mutual and occurred five months ago,” a rep told PEOPLE at the time.
Since the exes' separation, de Ramon has struck up a romance withBrad Pitt.
De Ramon and Pitt, 60, began dating in fall 2023 after her estrangement from Wesley, PEOPLE previously learned. “They met through a mutual friend. She is very nice,” a source said of their connection. Another insider said “Ines is cute, fun and energetic. She has a great personality. Brad enjoys spending time with her.”

Wesley has also moved on since the pair separated last fall. He’s been romantically linked to modelNatalie Kuckenburgsince late 2023. A photo of the couple sharing a kiss during a vacation in Italy surfaced in November, implying new love was very much in the air for both Wesley and de Ramon after they decided to end their marriage.
