Mariah Kennedy-Cuomois engaged!
The 28-year-old daughter ofKerry KennedyandAndrew Cuomorevealed on Instagram that she got engaged in Italy over the Thanksgiving holiday to her longtime boyfriend, Tellef Lundevall.
She shared a couple of photos of the big event, starting with a wide shot of Lundevall, 33, getting down on one knee on an ocean cliffside as he proposed. A second shot showed the pair holding each other and smiling widely in front of an ocean background.
Kennedy-Cuomo’s new engagement ring — with a square cut diamond — could be seen on full display as she held her hand up to her fiancé’s chest.
“That’s amore!,” she captioned theInstagram post, hinting at their destination engagement. “Love you and yes a million times over ❤️”

The engagement was a surprise, and Lundevall had flown into Sicily during the Cuomo family’s Thanksgiving vacation to Italy, to pop the question, according toPage Six. Kennedy-Cuomo’s sisters Cara and Michaela and their father and former New York governor were also on the trip.
Lundevall secured the blessing from his soon to be father-in-law before putting the plans into motion. After the sun finally came out following a rainy morning, he led Kennedy-Cuomo down to a landmark near the cliff called the Pools of Venus where they officially got engaged, an insider told the outlet.

The couple have been together for more than five years and Lundevall even moved in with his future in-laws at the governor’s mansion in New York when Cuomo, who was governor of New York from 2011 until his resignation in 2021, was elected. Former Gov. Cuomo even referred to him as “the boyfriend” during some of his press briefings, noting that the family “like the boyfriend.” according to theWashington Post.
Lundevall was a former football player atBrown Universityand briefly played professional basketball in Norway before moving on to run his own digital media consultancy, called Accelerated Digital Media, in Chicago, according to the outlet.
