Kardashian recently spoke about how she created SKIMS in late 2019 while ina very “vulnerable” place.

“It’s just a part of me,” she said of the business inher firstTIMEmagazine cover storyin June. “I take it really personally. It started off of my body and my shapes, and it’s very vulnerable.”

“It started off with simply finding shapewear that was a skin tone that would match my color,” she explained. “I used to take my shapewear and dye it with tea bags and coffee in the bathtub.”

Even though the brand is nowvalued at around $4 billion, Kardashian admitted, “I still have, like, impostor syndromeor whatever.”

“But I think that’s part of what keeps me going,” she added.

The reality star also revealed whether she sees herself continuing to star in her brand’s campaigns as she gets older.
