Khloé Kardashian’s closest friends are praising the reality star for keeping a brave face as the fallout fromJordyn Woods’ hookup withTristan Thompsoncontinues.
Khadijah Haqq McCray, a longtime friend of theKeeping Up with the Kardashiansstar, 34, shared a sweet message of support with her pal on Saturday, shortly after Kardashianreversed courseand said Thompson, 27, was to blame for breaking up their family, not Woods, 21.
“I’m proud of you publicly living out your nightmares while complete strangers judge, dehumanize, and ridicule you,” McCray, 35,wroteon Twitter. “No one is perfect and we all make mistakes. But we can show them better than we could ever tell them. I love you.”
Kardashian initially issued afiery pair of tweetsblasting Woods for lying during herRed Table Talkinterview, during which the model insisted she was “not the reason Tristan and Khloe aren’t together.”

However, the Good American co-founder had a change of heart the following day, saying that the blame actually lies with Thompson.

“This has been an awful week & I know everyone is sick of hearing about it all (as am I). I’m a rollercoaster of emotions & have said things I shouldn’t have,” shewrote. “Honestly, Tristan cheating on me & humiliating me, wasn’t such a shock as the first time.”

McCray and her twin sisterMalika Haqqare two of Kardashian’s closest friends, and McCray’s supportive note follows in her sister’s footsteps.
Haqq previouslyleft a commenton her own Instagram account that appeared to label Woods a “coward” who refused to accept blame for her hookup with Thompson.
“I’ve been wrong before and I’ll be wrong again but I damn sure wouldn’t make excuses (alcohol) in an interview to gain self pity and save face. No one in my life would condone that coward like behavior,” she wrote in response to a fan who wrote that they admired her continued support of Kardashian.
Opening up about her hookup with Thompson for the first time on Friday, Woodsdenied having sexwith Thompson but admitted to a kiss.

“It was like a kiss on the lips, but no tongue kiss, no making out,” she said. “Nothing. But I don’t think that he’s wrong either, because I allowed myself to be in that position. And when alcohol’s involved, people make dumb moves or people get caught up in the moment.”
A source recently toldPEOPLEthat Kardashian and Thompson are now “100 percent over,” and that the star is now ready to move on from the relationship, which has seen strife since at least April, when the NBA star allegedly cheated on Kardashian just before shegave birthto their daughter True, 10 months.
Though sheinitially forgave him, they had been living apart since the fall, and a source recently told PEOPLE that things “never really went back to normal” between the couple.
“It really seems she’s able to see what everyone else has been seeing for so long — that she was always too good for Tristan,” the source said. “She deserves so much better. In the end, now that they are 100 percent over, Khloé feels like she did everything she could to be in a relationship with Tristan. Clearly, he doesn’t care about his relationship with her.”
