“Yes, I’m an IVF warrior. Our sweet Batelli was conceived through modern medicine,” she began the post. “Truth be told, IVF is one of the hardest things I’ve endured. So much emotion, stress, fear, pressure, pain and anxiety. The hormones wreak havoc on your body for months prior to transfer and the fear of the unknown is encompassing.”

Journey and Jesse are Jameson’s only children from her former relationship with UFC star Tito Ortiz, while she shares her daughter with fiancéLior Bitton.

“I felt I had little time. I felt it may be my last chance,” she admitted. “I knew what I was getting into since I had a successful twin IVF pregnancy. But I was MUCH younger then.”

Despite her worries, Jameson reassured her followers that, as we know, everything worked out fine. She also noted how the process was worthwhile and encouraged her fellow women to stay hopeful in their own pregnancy journeys.

“Well, after everything we ended up with one very special PGD tested, perfect embryo… my little Batelli,” she wrote. “She was worth every shot, every cry and every push. I felt compelled to talk about my age, IVF and how you can do this too. Never lose hope. Always trust in G-d. He has beautiful plans for you.”

The star has been candid with her fans since her daughter’s birth in April 2017about life as a mom, includingher experience with in vitro fertilizationand the hurdles of breastfeeding.

Whileclapping back at body shamersduring her pregnancy in 2016, Jameson confirmed her daughter was conceived following infertility struggles.

She also touched upon her experience with IVF in anAugust 2018 weight-loss post, where Jameson revealed, “We then decided to do ivf for Batelli. The cocktail of hormones pushed me up to 160. Then pregnancy. I hit 205 at 39.5 weeks.”

Jameson has also been alongtime advocate for breastfeeding. While her posts typically promote the positive side of nursing a child, the star often speaks to the challenges and unglamorous moments that mothers face too.

In March, Jameson shared another photo of herbreastfeeding her daughter in the showerand wrote, “This is motherhood. It’s not always shiny and perfect like so many instagrammers make us believe.”

“There are days you question your strength and abilities. But then there are HARD days like today that prove your uncompromising power,” she added.

Not only has Jameson been candid about motherhood, but she’s also spoken to her postpartum weight-loss experience and time on the keto diet, which has helped herlose more than 80 lbs.

“When I started my #weightlossjourney I slowly subtracted carbohydrates over a week long period while monitoring my supply,” she explained in January. “I’m not quite sure why I thought processed foods contributed to my fabulous supply. I was absolutely wrong. The moment I got into full ketosis my milk increased.”

“I think a lot of people think Keto is all about bacon salami and copious amounts of cheese,” she continued. “It’s actually quite well rounded with lots of organic veggies, fish and eggs.”

In her final words, Jameson noted that not “all women are the same” and encouraged her followers to start slowly and research and monitor their progress. “Nursing and keto go hand in hand 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻” she proudly finished.
