Thor : Ragnarok director Taika Waititi has give us the diminutive shred of hope that Thor ’s roommate , Darryl Jacobson , could make another appearing in the Marvel cinematic creation . That could mean another short video , but in a stark Asgard we ’d see Darryl move in as Thor ’s permanent roomy .
In an interview withIGN , Waititi chaffer about the hilarious mockumentary that first debuted at San Diego Comic - Con earlier this year . In it , Thor share a glimpse of his ( not entirely volunteer ) sabbatical out from The Avengers during the events of Captain America : Civil War , living in a flat in Australia with his roomie , an situation worker named Darryl .

Darryl , played by Daley Pearson , was the ideal compeer for Thor . He ’s basically Marvel ’s version of the Doctor Who companion , a regular lick stiff who helps our otherworldly hero understand humanity ’s way . Plus , he ’s really good at vacuuming . Well , according to Waititi , Darryl ’s story might not be over just yet .

While many planetary house would level to the mockumentary series continuing with another chapter , I think it would so much good to give Darryl a cameo in Thor : Ragnarok . He can help keep Asgard tidy
Asgard go into plenty of scrapes , and explosions are about as vernacular as Loki ’s smolder stare . Thor ’s too busy to keep the castle clean , so he intelligibly needs someone to keep thing in product line . As mentioned before , Darryl is really good at keep his flat tidy , even when Thor leaves his pounding just lying around the middle of the living way .
