It looks like HBO is team up with Interstellar writer and Person Of Interest showrunner Jonathan Nolan to conform the extremely revered and dear Foundation books into a TV serial . Wow .
The Wrapis reporting that Jonathan Nolan will be bring with HBO for yet another serial . The Interstellar writer is currently working on a television receiver adaptation of Westworld for HBO , and now he has allegedly turn his attention towards the groundbreaking work of Isaac Asimov ’s Foundation .
This is happy news program , as Foundation was once set to beadapted into a motion-picture show by Roland Emmerich . But Foundation is a pretty originative employment of science fabrication , so gratuitous to say we ’re pretty nervous . HBO will be team up with Warner Bros. TV in Leslie Townes Hope of producing a serial . No word on how many episodes this “ serial ” will contain or if it will be set up up as a miniseries , however the record book have enough material to last a very long time .
The series is set on a distant planet called Terminus where mathematician and psychologist , Hari Seldon was exile ( for elucidation function although he never physically makes it there ) due to his ability to foreshadow the crumbling of the Galactic Empire . On Terminus , a group do artists , academic and technologist seek to set out a new society and the series just jettisons off from there .
