Recently, the couple went shopping at a local athleticwear store in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, where Theresa is from. And according to Gerry’s newInstagram post, it seems like the happy couple did more than browse for clothes.
“The last trip in we may have spent a little too much time in the dressing room, “ Gerry, 72, wrote. “Upon exit the sales associate asked ‘How did you make out in there?’ When I replied ‘Were you watching?’” he added, suggesting that they shared a kiss while Gerry tried on clothes.
The joke was apparently enthusiastically received from everyone in the store.
Alongside the anecdote, Gerry shared a few PG pics of Theresa, 70, decked out in sunglasses, an infinity scarf and a cozy teddy bear coat as she posed in the dressing room. He also included a selfie of the two as they looked around the store.
Back in January, Theresa also shared herown dressing room picsseemingly taken on the same trip.
Leaving out the bit about their supposed makeup session, Theresa told her followers that the newlyweds wereshopping for Gerry’s new wardrobe essentials.
She snapped away as Gerry tried on a variety of tops — and busted out a dance move in the process.

Gerry and Theresa have been soaking up married life, exploring various spots in Theresa’s hometown as they settle into their next life chapter, which began on the inaugural season ofTheGolden Bachelorin September 2023.

It’s been a change of pace from their fast-moving time together on the ABC dating show, which featured 21 other contestants looking for a second chance at love. Fans watch Theresa and Gerry’s chemistry blossom, from the moment she stepped out in her“birthday suit”to their first one-on-one date to the moment Gerry proposed with aNeil Lane engagementring during the season finale in December.
“I look at Theresa, and I see the most unselfish person I’ve ever met, a person that I can trust with literally anything,” Gerrypreviously told PEOPLEof his wife. “And that’s going to make her a wonderful partner.”
