Gamer site 1UP and its scratch daddy the Ziff Davis Game Group herald its fourth yearly 1UP Award winners last night in San Francisco . The editors of gaming magazines EGM and Games for Windows : The Official Magazine along with visitors to the 1UP net voted up their faves , and then last night the honors were doled out for the top telecasting secret plan , publishers and developers of 2006 .
