There are seven circle total . I originally design eight , but I had to drop one movement of budget . I looked through a lot of NASA books to judge and check the tactile property of a real operational spacecraft .

I only design to do a time of year two if I can get funding . But I do be after on carry on ‘ interspace ’ installment after the serial is over .

flashback and flash forwards . I ’m lookin to keep them about 10 hour long . Short narration like .
Would your funding for season 2 come from illusionTV ? or somewhere else ?
It has n’t been finalized yet . It really depends on our rooter foundation . There have been other inquires … but nothing formal yet .
So how explicitly is VR about form struggle ? Is it sort of a haves vs. have nots situation ?
It ’s not really about have or have nots … The Venus colonies are not looking to take over Mars . They want the means to make a well-to-do bread and butter . Sort like warfare on the middle family . But they ’re being denied the basic stuff .
Yeah , I did n’t cogitate it was a warfare of subjection . But is n’t that the definition of class state of war ?
Yeah , there is definitely a class state of war context … but people have their own motif when taken out of their factor .
So does the first season ending with a cliffhanger ? Are people go to be frustrated if there ’s never a 2nd season ?
It does end on a cliffhanger … but there are enough hint for the audience to piece it together .
So Earth is forbidden territory after humans give up it . Why is that ?
That s an of import story ingredient … a fiddling spoiler - ish . solid ground plays more of a role later , in season two .
So all the crowing corporations are place up on Mars , and they use venus for cheap Labor Department ? Sort of like ousourcing to the third world .
Exactly . But the Venusians are nt dumb , they know they are being exploited . Mars has key people in leading positions on Venus .
Who design your spaceships ? What was the aesthetic behind the spaceship design ? Gritty and spaceworn , or sleek and awing ?
We have a few 3d creative person turn on the project . Arnand kularajah is creditworthy for most of the spaceships in the serial . He ’s an technology physicist from Stevens Institute of Technology . He contrive the ship science factually , which was a very important factor to me . Stephen Gilbert ( cresshead is his hold ) is a CG teacher in the UK . He ’s done workplace for NASA ’s moon landing anniversary so he was also a perfect match for this project . Craig Encer , and Mike Valentine exercise with Stephen . They ’re a stiff squad .
The show was always about grittiness . I project the set first , and it became a challenge for the creative person to touch that look . I never date outer space being clean . It ’s a work . To quote Kirk from Star Trek IV , “ I just work in outer space ” . I have to say i determine a lot of Babylon 5 and Firefly . I really care the character development in both series .
So when does the first time of year go up ?
That ’s the 10 million dollar bill question . It ’s a pilot serial , worked on by all volunteers .
